Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal and tax obligations – the legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we (the Controller) are subject, namely issuing an invoice for the service rendered.
Maintaining security and the proper operation of the website – the legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us (the Controller) – such interest being the optimisation and improvement of the website.

4. Contact form (Netlify Forms)
The contact form is operated by Netlify Forms as part of the website hosting. Data submitted through the form is transmitted to Netlify and stored in the Netlify Forms dashboard. The data retention period is described in section 8 of this policy.

4. analytics data – for the period resulting from the analytics tools' settings or until consent is withdrawn.

Your data may be shared with entities cooperating with us (the Controller), in particular:
– hosting providers,
– the contact-form provider (Netlify Forms),
– providers of analytics tools (e.g. Google),
– providers of accounting services,
– providers of legal services,
– the email hosting provider (operation of the contact mailbox).
In connection with the use of tools such as Google Analytics or Netlify, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to the United States). 10. Social media plugins
The website may contain links or elements that direct you to the Lake Home Instagram profile.
In this case, the provider of the social-media services is a separate data controller and processes the data within the scope and on the basis of its own privacy policy.

11. Obligation to provide data
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in some cases it may be necessary to achieve specific purposes.
Providing the data in the contact form is required in order for us to reply to your enquiry – without it we will not be able to contact you.
